I made a $1000 down payment and traded my work truck for a more economical car than my one-ton dually. Initially, I received a Subaru that broke down on my way from Carson to Reno. I sought to cancel the contract, but they refused. Instead, they offered me a 2005 Ford Focus at $250 monthly payments, demanding an extra $500 after I had already left their premises, a sum exceeding the car's value. Urgently needing to attend to family matters in California, I informed them of my impending lack of cell service in the mountains but assured them of communication upon my return. During this period, they falsely reported to the police that I took the car for a two-day test drive, an agreement I was never informed of or signed. Although I was supposed to communicate upon my return, they reported me to the authorities. Shockingly, before my first payment was due, I was arrested and spent three days in Lyon county for alleged possession of a stolen vehicle, followed by another arrest in Carson City for grand larceny of a motor vehicle. Now, I'm facing two felony charges, a situation completely unforeseen and devastating. As a hardworking single mom with two toddlers, my priority was caring for my grandparents who couldn't fend for themselves during this crisis. It's baffling why these individuals, after taking my down payment, my truck, the Ford Focus, and the Subaru, are pursuing criminal charges against me. This has left me without a vehicle and the looming threat of felony charges. This experience has deeply disturbed me, and I strongly advise against engaging with this business. Their actions demonstrate a lack of integrity and fairness, making them wholly untrustworthy.

I purchased a 2013 Chevy equinox from Carson valley motors in Carson. It was the best decision I have ever made! Thank you guys for helping me find a car that fits me and is a good reliable car for the winter time. Horrible dealership, will never recommend anyone to buy a car or truck from them. My mom had bought a car from them and they had her come in two days later to redo the contract. They refuse to send the correct contract to the loan company. When she calls them about it, they say they will call her back but never do. She has been dealing with this for 5 months now. Not sure how this dealer is even still in business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER

Viewed a vehicle yesterday. It was absolutely filthy and smelled moldy. It was also missing a catalytic converter. They tried pressuring me into signing paperwork even though I made it clear I wasn't making any decisions. I asked them to call me once the car was fixed and detailed. They said if I sign for the vehicle it guarantees the fix and cleaning. And if I didn't sign they said they have no idea how long it'll be to detail it and fix it. So essentially they won't clean or fix the vehicles until a sale is signed. Be cautious.
